The staff was very helpful and attentive, held the door for me every time I came or went from the rental office. The room was clean and pressed and well maintained. The soaps were a little small to share among 3 people, but we still had our showers and washed our hands. If you don't want to drive back to another state after a full day at Hershey Park and want a decent room for a decent price - your REALLY SHOULD CHOOSE Roadway Inn and Suites.

The hotel was close to Hershey Park, which is what we wanted. This is not by all means a luxury hotel so don't expect one for the price you pay. What you do get is a clean room, and basic necessities such as microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, iron..well you get the picture. Also TV, wifi.....etc. Towels and bed sheets are spotless. No bugs, roaches, or spiders. It's just a place to sleep and it's comfortable. Manager/owner goes above and beyond, very polite, and accommodating. He makes you feel welcomed. Comfortable hotel, great price. Can't beat that!

The staff was sooo accommodating. We got in really early and could not check in at that time but they were ready and waiting for us all. We attended at concert at the park so got back in around 11pm and the had no problem checking us in then.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Great location. Clean, nice pool. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. Can walk to the park but it takes about 35 minutes. Muffins & cereal for breakfast but the coffee was pretty good.

This place is trapped in 1988 and it is just fine. We were there for a show along with everyone else at the place and it serves its purpose.

Location (in a neighborhood off the traffic route), value, ease of registration and payment. Parking close to room, ample towels, tv was easy to use. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was large and had travel toiletries. Not fancy-didn’t pay for what I never use. Quiet. Hershey Park and restaurants close!

Customer service was outstanding. I was meeting my parents from CT, ages upper 80s. They arrived before me, room was on my card. Owner was very helpful in allowing them access to our family room when they arrived. He met them outside and supplied them with room key. During the stay they were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this motel. It's a couple blocks off the main street so its quiet. Its less than a mile from Hershey park and other attractions.

quiet location very comfortable place to stay clean wonderful bed and pillows plenty of hot water in the shower with good water pressure the microwave didn't work when we told the office workers it was replaced immediately plenty of towels plan to come back in the summer

The location was good, a short walk to chocolate avenue. If you would like to save money and don't mind an out dated style it is good. The staff was very friendly and provided coffee and bagels in the morning. My kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, Wich again is older but a good size pool. I would recommend taking your own pillows because the ones provided were pretty flat. Overall we had a great time and would stay again.
